Central AL BBQ Festival is a KCBS sanctioned event and will follow the rules and regulations set in place by the KCBS.

This backyard contest will consist of Ribs and Chicken; with butt/shoulder being judged as People’s choice!

We ask that teams provide their own power; however, Water is onsite, but it must be transferred to your cook site. No hookups are available.

Competitors may arrive onsite Friday Sept. 27th. 2024 no sooner than 12:00pm. Pack out will be Saturday after contest.
